Auditorium Renovation
OUR BEGINNINGS
Our History
More than forty-six years ago, a small group of believers gathered with a shared conviction: to plant a congregation grounded in Scripture, shaped by love, and committed to sharing the Gospel in this community. From the beginning, our church has been marked by meaningful worship, deep fellowship, and a desire to form faith across generations.
Through seasons of growth and challenge, God has been faithful. We have seen children grow into adults, families strengthened, servants raised up, missionaries supported, and countless lives shaped through the preaching of God’s Word.
ABOUT OUR AUDITORIUM
Our Worship Space
In 1991, our current auditorium was built and dedicated. For more than three decades, it has been a place of worship, prayer, celebration, and remembrance—hosting baptisms, weddings, funerals, and weekly gatherings where faith has been formed and renewed.
As we look ahead, we believe it is time to refresh this space so it can continue to serve future generations well.
WHAT’S CHANGING
Renovation Overview
Beginning on February 16, the auditorium will undergo renovation. Planned updates include:
New flooring and refreshed seating
Updated paint and interior finishes
Redesigned front platform area
Full update to the baptistery plumbing
New sound system for clearer worship
Two LED screens to support teaching and worship
This project is fully funded through the generosity of our congregation and will not place the church in debt. Our ongoing support of missions and ministries will continue as usual. Special contributions toward the renovation are welcome but not required.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the Renovation
During this time, Sunday worship assemblies will move to the Family Life Center, beginning February 22. All Bible classes for children, youth, and adults will continue meeting in their usual classrooms at their regular times. Some events may require adjustments, and extra hands will be needed for setup and takedown. Gathering in the Family Life Center is a reminder of our roots and an opportunity to serve together as a church family.
OUR PURPOSE
Why We’re Doing This
The renovation is not about trends or personal preferences. It reflects our shared vision for welcoming future generations and stewarding our space responsibly.
Our identity has never been rooted in a room—it is rooted in Christ. We look back with gratitude, stand in the present with faith, and move forward with hope.
