Matthew 18:10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.” 11 [For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.]
Young people in our generation will look for advice from their friends first, rather than their parents or any adult. We can see that everyday in the decisions young people make. Sometimes some of their friends have their best interests at heart, but other times, they don’t. As a parent, and knowing that, would you let your children hangout with just anyone? But also, consider this, how would you guide your child to be a person of influence, instead of being influenced by the world.
We have to teach them what is important in life. We shouldn’t let them sacrifice the Spiritual things for the material things. We need to show them through our teaching with words and actions that the things of God are far more important than anything in this world. The things of God are more important than any activity that gets in the way of worshipping God and serving others. Let’s make every effort to help our children get to heaven
